This grip is awesome. I can attach it to my MagSafe stand in my car, it’s super thin, so it doesn’t get in the way. I just wish I didn’t have to buy a different MagSafe charger to charge reliably. I also have a iPhone pro max and so full usage of my phone is t comfortable, but overall, I like it!The cons, which are minimal is the charging without an OhSnap puck isn’t great, the fact that I can’t stand my phone in portrait orientation (which I knew I wasn’t going to be able to, but it’s still a want I have), and I feel like it causes my phone to think that a charge is trying to go through, and starts to heat up. (It’s a feature when it’s cold! 😂 But kills my battery. 😬)

Exterior magnet not strong enough

I've had the older version of the Oh Snap! for years. I wish my extra old one I have was white instead of black. The elastic of my older version is a little stretched out. Thought I'd five the vs 5 a try. The magnet holding the grip to my phone case is plenty strong. I don't always get charging through the grip but it could be the charger on our sectional. Otherwise I usually use a cable to charge my phone.One thing that I do do all of the time is stick my phone to my fridge. So when I'm cooking it's off the counter and I know where to find it. I noticed that when I stick my phone to my fridge with my new grip almost immediately my phone will start sliding down on my fridge. Leaving a little streak. Not a fan of that happening on my stainless steel fridge. My old grip would stick with no problem, staying where it was placed and needing a firm grip to remove it from the fridge. I don't like clutter on my fridge so I only have my iPad and a couple magnets holding important things on the side of my fridge. I would stick my phone to the front of the fridge. So I recently had to find a fridge magnet to stick on my fridge so when my phone slipped it would stop where the fridge magnet is. Not too pleased about that. Especially with the price of these grips. I did not expect the exterior magnet to be weaker. I am still getting used to the new way I have to open the grip to use it. The old design was much easier for me to use quickly.

Glad for magnet attachment, but the outward magnets aren’t as strong as the adhesive version

So snap four is 100 times better. I returned it because it failed to stay it keep slipping. So

I like the pop socket feel that I can hold and grip my phone better but, it doesn’t completely collapse flat anymore so the edges get stuck on things. Also, the charging of my phone on my flat car charger only works sparsely - not reliable charging in car

Almost perfect

I love how it stays on my phone. But hate how much the magnet strength was decreased for sticking. I know it won’t charge with most MagSafe charging mounts but it barely stays on my mount. And I’ve seen another review which described the same issue with the oh snap magnetic wireless charging mounts. I don’t know if I want to risk buying the mount to only have the same problem. I hope the next one is in development already and fixes this
