Within a week the straps holding the pop out disc broke. I hope I will get a free replacement through the waranty.

I had the grip 4 and now the grip 5 with my new phone. The grip is awesome, great magnets and holds very well. I like how the outside of the ring has more of a rubber feel compared to the four that was more metal like. Ohsnap is my favorite grip and nothing comes even close.

I had a Snap Grip 4 and loved it but the Snap Grip 5 solved a problem I had (taking the grip on and off easily). I can’t tell you how much I LOVE this grip. I ran into a problem and they quickly replaced it when I reached it. The price point is 100% worth it. It is thin, easy to handle in many different positions, and looks attractive. I can’t recommend it enough!

This thing prevents my phone from charging on magsafe chargers and on pads. They work fine with my phone and my case, just not with this. It's also super flimsy and cheap. Wouldn't recommend..ever.

Works well, but not perfect

Overall, it works well. It’s thin and it looks nice. However, magnetic charging doesn’t work very well and it’s very hard to deploy the grip one handed.Also wish the kickstand was able to work in both directions (portrait and landscape mode) on the phone. Realize limitations for the size and how it can’t support the phone when in portrait mode but if it were able to do that it would be a 5/5.

Big improvement! I really like that I don’t have to worry about the adhesive coming off—especially if you’re someone who doesn’t like using phone cases. I had a major issue with the 4th version where the adhesive just wouldn’t stick to the back of my iPhone 15 Pro Max.My only complaint is that it’s a bit hard to perfectly align the magnet with all of my charging mounts—from my car mount to my desktop charger.

Firstly, I am a huge fan of this company. I will continue to support them and purchase their products. I have several of their merchandise and love all of their items that I have bought except for this. Unfortunately, decided to wait for the. Prototype snap grip five. My first issue is that every single time I drop my phone, which I’m finding out is a lot, the snap comes off. Secondly, another one of my very favorite features is not even available through this grip and that is the MagSafe chargeable feature. Only on one of my chargers does the MagSafe charging feature work. Another one of my favorite accessories that I’ve bought from this company is the car MagSafe holder. Again, unfortunately, this grip does not seem to work as well as it’s predecessor. However, I can say this grip IS the MOST SUPERIOR grip on the market. That is still my opinion. I enjoy the smoother glide of the movement. I prefer the pop out housing, as it seems more stable and comfortable. The kickstand also seems to work better than my 4 and to top it all off the all matching case color options makes my OCD happy! So 3 stars for not back to the drawing board, just help a clumsy girl out!!
