Not as good as the original

I have used the original snap grips for several years and love them, so I was excited to try out the new MagSafe version. However, within seconds of placing it on my phone, it was evident that the MagSafe's strength was not great. It fell off my phone fairly easily, and I knew I would need to return it and go back to the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the new magnetic connection. I’ve had 3 generations so far and this is the best one yet. The magnet is crazy strong.

Not a bad product. Definitely a learning curve if you want anything fast. Beautiful design, love fidgeting with it. It's almost non existent on my phone so i'll leave it on there for the few chances I'll actually use it. I stand is a great addition, and probably will get the most use. The actual pop socket feature is a little too tight for one finger, too difficult to open smoothly and mindlessly, but impressive regardless.

Magnet doesn’t stick to things

I had the snap 4 version which I loved. This one seemed like a good upgrade with the removable option, but it won’t stay on the car charger through the grip, and barely hangs on with it removed. It also slides down whatever metal you stick it to, with or without the case and on (also bought the ohsnap case). Also tried it with my old iPhone 14 Pro Max and it also doesn’t work well, same issues.) Also tried sticking with the camera bump off metal surface, but it still slides. Magnet back is just not strong enough to stick to things.Phone: iPhone 17 Pro Max

I purchased this for my IPhone 15 pro max, it works excellent with my case on or off and still allows for charging. The even more cool thing is that it also comes with a metal ring to attach to other phones that are not magnetic. Good job guys

Perfection

A few months ago I lost my beloved Snap 4, I reverted back to my pop sockets but they could not fill the hole in my heart (air more likely my pocket) until I saw the ad for the Snap 5 and at that moment I knew my woes would be over. It’s the best grip I’ve ever had, until Snap 6 comes out.

Your service is great, prompt and fast. The grips of good quality and functional. The only thing that I can gripe about is that the grip doesn't seem to be a intuitive to use as your previous grips. However, that may come with time as I use it. Thanks all.
