Awesomer than the Grip 4

Love the no adhesive - really great to be able to take the Snap off when using my MagSafe car mount or charger at night. The new magnets keep it on my phone case lock-tight. This hasn't been an issue yet, but the external magnets (to bolt onto magnetic surfaces) seem slightly weaker - hasn't really been an issue for me yet, but does seem to not "lock into" MagSafe mounts as seamlessly...takes a little jostling to get into position. This is nitpicky - the mount is still lightyears better than anything else out there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thin and charge through-OK grip

Does not interfere with charging and is very thin.Edges are sharp and uncomfortable on the fingers.Not easy to open with one hand.

No Adhesive is a Plus

I’m glad the new version doesn’t use adhesive anymore. That’s a big improvement.That said, the magnets don’t feel as strong as the Snap Grip 4. The 4 would snap tightly onto my Apple MagSafe charger and the Oh Snap car mount, but the 5 takes a little more effort to line up. Sometimes I have to adjust it to get a solid magnetic connection.It’s not a deal breaker, though. Being able to move it from case to case is a big plus, and once it’s attached, it holds firmly enough to keep my phone secure.

I’ve had a few versions and version 4 is my favorite. It’s a little thinner and the magnet strength seems to be very similar.

This is my first experience with Oh Snap and I regret not getting one sooner. I have wanted something like this for a long time. A phone holder that is MagSafe and thin and still allows me to use my MagSafe accessories? Just unreal.

Love the magnetic only snap grip! Only one minor pitfall is that it doesn’t always fold down flat easily. Sometimes the plastic slats misalign. But other than that, it’s great!
