Doesn’t charge on mag chargers

Doesn’t work on my apple or another mag charger. Very disappointed because i bought 2.

this product does not work well. The 4 is far superior. Don’t waste your money on this. I actually threw it out.

I had the version 4 and the interlocking arms that hold the disc were a bit thin, as they bent when I used the one finger hold, and the disc would not snap back into place until I physically adjusted the arms. So far with the new 5 that hasn't been an issue! Plus the strong magnet without needing adhesive is fantastic! Still a bit expensive but so far love it, especially if they continue to last!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So the more I use this product I tend to find things I wish were done. Don’t get me wrong it’s an awesome idea I love the fact that is real thin! I got the white version. Doesn’t match the White iPhone air color which is a bummer but! the thin apart about it is nice, only thing I’m afraid is scratching the back of the iPhone Air naked. So far it hasn’t happen. One thing I started feeling was the inside mechanism when I’m doing two finger mode. When it’s not pulled out all the way it tends to scratch and cut my finger. Specially for thinner finger people. I see you guys did shave off a bit for that but it still does cut and scratch. Another thing is when popping it up, you need to press and slide to actually get it to open. Which is fine I’ve gotten used to it now. At first I thought it was just a press action to get it to pop out which was not working at all, had me almost going back to a popsocket. Till I stop my self decided to give it another chance and started watching videos on how you guys were actually popping this thing. So far im back and forth with it because of the cutting and difficulty on trying to find the nudge to pop and slide it correctly. All love guys, really love y'all's ideas. Just being honest because I would like this protect to be the best. I like how you guys think outside the box. Specially the MCon which I backed up too. I my self have gotten products that I know it can do better and customized em my self to my liking because they are great ideas and got potential. Keep it going guys love what yall do and I’ll fairly rate this. 4/5

Honestly, I prefer the old one...

I preordered the newest version and was so excited when it was finally delivered. I love that it just snaps on without the sticky backing. I love the purple color. The feel is nice, slightly better than the older version. BUT. It’s not even close to being as magnetic as the previous version. I use the car mount in my vehicle and it barely stays attached anymore. The old version was solid. This new version will fall off when my car hits any type of bump or quick stop. So living on a dirt road in Michigan (a state known for its potholes) renders my car mount pretty much unusable. Same thing with my charging nightstand. Although this isn’t the same brand, it used to hold very strongly and now just barely holds it. I also noticed a lot of heat while using a wireless charger (again, different brand, but still). Overall, I like the minor improvements with this new model, but am strongly considering putting my older model back on so that I don’t have to worry about my phone falling off the car mount while driving. It’s a pretty big bummer, honestly.

Love how slim it is not in use. Pop up function could be a little better but that's probably difficult with the slim build.

Love the features, you do have to hold down the back to get it to stay closed

You do have to hold down the back to get it to stay closed,its like the plastic pieces holding it open get stiff in that position so just pressing it in it just bounces back right away unless you hold it down for a while. The kick stand and wireless charging is super nice though I love how thin it is.

Least favorite generation of snap grip

I’ve been getting the snap grip since the second generation. Every one has had its share of issues but overall this one seems to be the worst. The magnets on this snap grip are almost completely useless so the sometimes if I’m holding the phone with the grip it will disconnect from my phone and I’ll drop the phone. The magnets are also so weak that if you stick on a flat metal service ie refrigerator door my phone will slowly slide down till it hits the bottom. Bought two and both are pretty weak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
