I loved my old snap grip, this one, however is terrible. It falls off my charging stand every night. I now have to remove it to make sure that my phone will be charged in the morning.

Not too bad except...

Received my snap 5 a few days ago. First off, looks great!!.. slim, sleek, and very cool looking. Both magnete work well and I love how I don't have to take off the snap when I want to use it on my magnet charger or phone mount. My only negatives are that my slightly fatter than normal fingers- index or middle fingers have a hard time slipping into the center area, or went attempting to slip the snap between those fingers. Now a few of my coworkers did not have this problem as much as I did. And 2nd, the way to activate and use the stand feature is not great. You have to really slide that center disc a lot to "click" it into the stand mode. Just wish that was easier and easier engage. Again, these to features work good, but my fat fingers fit very tightly, just wish that opening was a few mm's larger. But will definitely recommend this if anyone asks.

Pro max specific

Let me start by saying I love these products I have everything except the Mcon and the desk stand. Now the ohsnap 5 is great for smaller phones but it’s magnetic ability falls short with the pro max model of iPhones there to heavy even using the ohsnap case. It will barely stay connected to the car mount and any road bulb will make your phone go tumbling down to your feet( not very safe while driving) Now the ohsnap 4 however still magnetizes nice and strong to everything. Just wanted to use as a warning and hopefully a fix so the 5 can work with the pro max model as I feel it should. Will all that said I do really love this company and product and hope there can be a fix or at least a disclaimer that the pro max models are just to heavy for the ohsnap 5.

Major Upgrade!

So really, my only complaint about the Snap Grip 4 was that it would occasionally pull off the phone / case. The adhesive would, for some reason, become weak in certain situations and then I’d need to put a replacement one on. The 5 solves this problem completely. With some seriously strong magnets, this thing self-aligns to the back of the phone and boom! Done. And I truly think I’d break the grip before I could fling my phone free of the magnet. This is the best grip out there, period. And if it were just a grip, it would be enough. But it also allows your phone to stick to any magnetic surface and also doubles as a stand to watch your favorite shows worry free. Keep it up, guys. These products are amazing.

product is sleek. But because I have the iPhone 17 pro max, the camera bump sticks out more than the product so it doesn’t magnetize evenly or have a strong enough magnet. The 2nd issue I had was with MagSafe charging. I have a nightstand MagSafe charger and again...the oh snap product does not have a secure magnet mount. It seems like it’s slightly off center. So it’ll stick to the mount....but it doesn’t sit center with the MagSafe on the back of the phone to establish a charge. My brand new iPhone 17 pro max has fallen off the MagSafe charger 4 times already causing minor scuffs by the speakers of the phone due to the poor magnetizing on this product. Idea is cool. For other use on the daily...it works. My biggest expectation for this product was the magnetic capabilities. Guess I’m just gonna stick with my MagBak case instead.
