Good but worse than their snap 4

I’ve had all of the oh snap grips since the very beginning. Snap 5 has a big flaw compared to snap 4 and I don’t understand why they went with this decision. The magnets that connect to the MagSafe side of the phone or cases are surprisingly strong compared to previous models. Without the adhesive strip I don’t worry about it coming off accidentally. The part that falls short is the magnetic force on the outside of the grip. It’s very weak and easily falls off my oh snap car mount and any other MagSafe device that you used to be able to snap on on top of the grip. The previous versions would firmly hold up over large bumps in the road and you didn’t have to worry about your MagSafe wallets falling off when you attached them. Now you have to take the grip off of the phone if you want a secure hold where before it was not an issue. I don’t like this design choice because now you have to keep track of your grip when you take it off or not use it at all if you plan on using other MagSafe products. Wish I would have known this before and would have just stayed with the snap 4 model. If you like to use this grip and other MagSafe accessories keep this in mind when deciding between the 4 and 5. I didn’t mind the adhesive being in the snap 4 but when I got a new phone and decided to upgrade cases and grips I figured the snap 5 would be better than the 4 and unfortunately I was wrong. If you want a secure hold to both your phone and other MagSafe accessories go with the snap 4. If you don’t use phone mounts or other accessories that require a good magnetic hold then snap 5 is good enough.

I love this product, have purchased before and now bought them as gifts. I never use a case on my phone because I prefer the design of the phone. Oh snap is thin enough to not change the phone design too much. When using this oh snap your phone is always securely in your hand and not fumbling it.

Very expensive for an accessory that the stand doesn't work properly. Though very slim the one finger holder is not comfortable. Sorry don't think it is worth the cost you charge.

Love the concept, miss the strong magnet

I love the concept of the removable on snap, but the magnet on this one is not nearly as strong as the one on the sticky version. It makes it difficult to stick my phone places I am used to sticking it while I cook, etc, and it’s also hard to use the car charger now. I remove it to use the car charger but then I have to keep track of it.

This new version is not really noticeably stronger that the previous version and it does not work with OhSnap car mount that is in my vehicle.
