GARBAGE!!

I reached out to ohsnap! via email with my own inquiries and they have yet to respond. Every review I've read online says that this thing is weaker and thicker than the 4. They also say it is unable to secure itself to surfaces without sliding off or falling down - even on the iPhone air (The lightest iPhone ever). Stop lying to people and ripping them off. Also making people choose between cats and dogs in order to partially discredit one's opinion is wrong. I prefer both and i have both.

It's oh-kay

It's good and better than some phone grips I've had but far from perfect. No problems with the adhesion, it really is low profile and compatible with the support arm I got for my car and it has full 360 degree rotation popped out which are good features, but the construction seems and feels a bit flimsy. Trying it out for the first time in One-Finger Mode seems to have permanently deformed the supports so that the pop-out grip now is constantly popping out unintentionally, and I don't have particularly large fingers. I've tried using it in Kickstand mode but it always seems to pull out of the locking tab as soon as the phone's weight starts bearing on it. It's all right, but it wasn't cheap, and I probably would not spend that amount of money on this product again

Great, With an Opportunity for Improvement

Just received my grip 5, and it is 90% of what I was looking for; very slim, soft touch, strong magnetic connection, and feels great to use as a grip with either one finger or two.However, one thing that could be improved to make this an easy 5/5 is the looseness of the rotation feature. There's basically no friction at all to spin the grip, which makes it feel unsteady especially when acting as a stand. If there were more friction in spinning it, or perhaps even a cog/tooth click-rotation system, it would feel much more secure as a stand and become easily the best grip I've tested so far.

It’s ok

I had the Snap 4, and the magnets were very strong and when put on the fridge or metal surface it would stay and not move. Now that I got the Snap 5 cause I was excited for no adhesive, and that’s great but putting it on the fridge or a metal surface and it slides down. Other than that issue I have, the added plastic to the swivel and the soft touch metal ring are great. I have the iPhone 17 pro max

Burned my fingers

I used wireless charging with this and when I went to pick up my phone, it was so hot that I burned three of my fingers. I do not recommend this is using wireless charging.

Love the Snap!

The Snap is so awesome! Learning curve opening it without looking but once you get it, you love it even more! It goes on my phone holder in my car, without me taking it off my phone. My phone slides in my purse or pocket easily because it is not bulky at all!!

The snap grip is super nice, it seems to be holding up better than the 4th version. However, if you fidget like I do, especially with the snap grip be careful because I don’t know if it was meant to stand up against constant fidgeting Other than that great product, worth the money

Broke fast

I ordered the grip and It broke after only a month of having it... due to being plastic the phone fell off the nightstand and broke as it hit the nightstand going down.
