Super dissatisfied

As a customer of oh snap for awhile now I have to say I am super disappointed with the grip 5. Connects to my phone case well enough but the outside magnets barely hold my phone to their charger. Had to go back to my grip 4 lux. Feel like I wasted $$
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better without Adhesive BUT

The design without adhesive is much better and the soft touch is nice. It is noticeably thicker and the magnetism to other things has been greatly reduced. My phone actually fell off their own car mount while driving. I have a support email in that hasn't been responded too and this is my second try at leaving a review as it seems my 1st one was deleted.

This phone grip is perfect for exactly what you think you need it for. Stand, grip, & insanely magnetic. I wish I’d knew about the case and grip combo cause I would’ve got both. I’ve already recommended to family and friends.

A MUST BUY!

I simply CANNOT use a phone without one. I love them more than any other product on the market at pops are too thick for me 👎🏽 I love the fact that this is magnetic! That I can use it as a stand! That I can hold it in three different ways?! This is absolutely my favourite phone accessory & a must have for my phone!! I highly suggest this as a gift for anyone, for any occasions!

I’m still using the snap 2, but decided to upgrade since this one uses magsafe. Only Con: You can’t activate snapgrip 5 with one hand. You have to use 2 hands to open it up. Ill still be rocking my snapgrip 2 i guess. 4 years strong.

I have to stop and completely change how I am holding my phone in order to open the product. Opening it is clunky, as the plate that is supposed to slide to open has always spun around in different orientations between uses.Though following the installation directions, the entire product comes off frequently, causing my phone to drop straight to the ground while the product stays in my fingers. Getting my fingers underneath the disk is klunky. Even harder to get my finger threaded through the hinges--I have to stop everything to turn the phone around an look to get my finger into the hinges, otherwise I just end up spinning the hinges around in a circle blindly. Using it as a kickstand doesnt work. Unless you've got time to try multiple angles and place it as carefully as a house of cards it doesnt stand up. Ended up taking it off. It doesn't improve my life.Extremely disappointed based on the advertising, and especially for the price. Would gladly return it for a refund.

Excellent grip

Just got my Snap grip 5 and I am loving it. I am able to use my Qi2 wireless chargers while the grip is still attached thanks to pass-through charging. Only question I have is whether the plastic on the underside of the grip (surrounded by the magnets) when you unbox the grip is something that can be removed or is an essential part of the grip. I see no pull tab to easily remove it.

Not worth it

I was so excited to get it and when I did I was pretty disappointed. The metal ring is solid, but everything else is cheap plastic, my guess it will break pretty quickly. When I put my finger in it or make it like a stand, it already stresses out the plastic piece and feels like it’s going to break. Not worth the price to me, but I’ll use it until it breaks.
