Feels fragile

The marketing is insane, and the packaging of the product is Apple quality. The snap itself? Feels light and flimsy, I feel like I’m going to break it. Very hard to open it, I wish I could push down on it to click it open, but I can’t, have to basically pry it open with your fingernail. Once it’s open it’s not comfortable at all, feels like your finger is in a cross between a Chinese finger trap and the circle part of a soda cap. I’m hoping after a while I’ll get used to it but I’m tempted to take it off and throw it away.

Broke in under a year and company basically ghosted me with no help at all. Cool product, enjoyed my short time with it. sad it had to break on me. Just buy a popsocket, cheaper, better quality, can easily be removed on and off the phone and most importantly they don't break easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Something in the adhesive is different

This is my fifth OhSnap phone grip. I have never had an issue before with it coming off my phone case, but this new one has come off three times since adhering it to my otterbox case (I only use otterbox cases); the only logical cause is that it has to be the adhesive is different from the past adhesives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great improvements - loving the colors

I have used every generation of OhSnap so far - and this is the best improvement they've made! The grip is even easier to use and WAY more comfortable on the fingers. The kickstand feature works much better than the previous version, and I love the magnetic closure instead of the original "snap" closure. I'm not sure what else that OhSnap will come up with, but this is pretty close to perfect. Keep up the awesome work!

Works OK but doesn’t work on most charge pads only Mag ones

Happy when I’m connecting to a MAG charge pad but NOT happy with other general charge pads/surfaces. I travel a lot and no one Mag charge pads in hotels, lounges, planes. I’ll likely have to remove it. Sad. Kickstand never stands up on its own.

Love the design - specifically how slim it is compared to other grips, but I've had the adhesive fail on multiple applications shortly after install, in spite of proper preparation. At the time, Ohsnap was not selling adhesive replacements by themselves, so I just had to buy brand new ones, since they have no account registration/warranty process. Why don't they? IMO, they should provide a replacement adhesive with the purchase of a grip. Pretty sure they can afford it.

Oh snap fell off within the first 10 hours. I let it sit for 2 hours as instructed but this didn't change anything. No refunds I was told so now they are sending me a replacement that also will lack the stick.

I bought 2 in hopes of these keeping up with the ads. The space for ringers is too small. They Device does not stand well on its own.
