Hinge Issues

On of the hinges flexes the wrong direction. This makes me unable to close the Oh Snap without reaching under the disc and manually moving the hinge in the correct direction. Other than that, it is a superb product!

Original was better

I bought the Original Snap grip. It was Great! Plenty of room for my finger and so comfortable. Had it for years and even gave my friend my extra one. Finally when I got my new phone, it was time for a new one. The Snap4. This one rotates and is thinner. It’s quite uncomfortable and I can barely get my finger through the small holes. It hurts after a while and then I have to hold my phone like a phone until the pain goes away. For the price, I expected better or at least the same as the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Ads - Product So-So

Bought the Snap Grip 4 as a replacement for a popsocket. While it doesn't have the same issue the popsocket did (the circular handle would periodically pop off entirely), the Snap4 is harder to pop out and harder to latch onto with my fingers.

What was this supposed to do?

For a slim fidget thing to snap, this is expensive but fine. And it hasn’t broke in the 2 weeks since I installed it... I thought it was a kickstand for my phone, it’s not, it needs a lip or something under the disk, to slide into to hold it in the kickstand position. It’s smooth under the disk and just collapses, magnet-ing back in flat place. I have used the finger hold through the thing, and again, it works, but it’s not comfortable. I did feel like it was sturdy and not about to fall off my phone, or break, so that is nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like that it’s very thin and doesn’t interfere with anything. However, for people with thicker fingers it’s difficult to fit through the middle, and the small grip area is a bit too sharp to hold comfortably

I was not aware the device was plastic, I feel it will break as I use it more. It is also small for my hand and just feels cheap for what I paid.
