Still have to remove the case to charge

The claim of never having to remove your case or the O snap to charge is false. It works intermittently on some chargers, but most wireless chargers, whether they support MagSafe or not, your phone will not charge reliably and you have to remove your phone from the case. The oh snap device seems to get in the way of the current.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s good, but not as good as claimed

I do like that it is low profile and it doesn’t interfere with wireless charging- however it’s not as comfortable as expected based on the creator’s hype. It also doesn’t always feel like it’s closing securely and it definitely feels like the “hinges” are not going to last.

Magnetic charging will not work.

I like the thinness of the osnap. The issues is now that it is permanently fixed to my phone I have to use a cable to charge. My bedside or travel chargers are useless now. I have to carry a charger for my watch and my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really need drop protection. I hadn't thought through that this is intended to snap onto an apple phone without a case. I used the adhesive to attach it to my case, and it works fine.

Just got the new iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue, and the Dark Blue Snap Grip 4 looks fantastic on it! This is my second Snap Grip, as I got my first one last year to use with the iPhone 16 Pro Max. After using the first one for a year and being entirely satisfied, this one was a natural—and it did not disappoint! Love it!!
