We installed this gas cooktop as part of our kitchen renovation. The ability to simmer vs use high heat has been wonderful. Water boils fast and the black stainless steel pan is so easy to clean. I have been impressed at the size of the burners and we are now able cook with several large pans that all fit easily. This has been a great upgrade!
Absolutely love this product! The quality exceeded my expectations and it works perfectly. The design is beautiful, easy to use, and feels very premium. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and stylish.
I had been searching for a gas rangetop of this caliber for a considerable period. Our residence, previously utilizing propane, had recently undergone a conversion to natural gas. Consequently, we initiated an online search for a professional-grade range and discovered this particular model. Upon its arrival, we noted the absence of certain components, specifically the control knobs; however, the overall aesthetic was impressive. The missing knobs were promptly dispatched to us. The installation process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear. The unit operates powerfully and effectively.
I bought the 48” Range Top and am very happy with this purchase. Burners fire right up and burn hot. The grates are heavy and hold heat well. The even grates make sliding pots/pans from one burner to another a breeze. The unit is heavy-duty and great looking.
For the 48” Range Top, instructions indicate the cabinet cutout needs to be 48 1/8” which would be difficult with a 48” base cabinet. A 1/8” filler or a custom 48 1/8” custom cabinet would be required. This was an issue for me since I had already purchased a 48” cabinet. But it turned out that a 48” cutout was sufficient.
Hooking up the unit is simple. But I was a little surprised the regulator supplied with the range top is 1/2”. I have 3/4” running from the gas meter all the way to the regulator, so it would have been nice to have a 3/4” regulator. However, with all burners running, there seems to be sufficient gas flow to run all burners simultaneously.
