Introduced random system crashes to my formerly stable PC. Following the troubleshooting steps has not resulted in acceptable performance. Very difficult to simply fill out a ticket for a replacement or repair unit.

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing stability issues with using this graphics card. Most likely, this is a software conflict. To resolve this, ensure old drivers were removed or uninstalled properly, and the driver posted at: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/graphics-cards/dual/dual-rtx5060ti-o16g/helpdesk_download?model2Name=DUAL-RTX5060TI-O16G was installed. Additionally, ensure your PC meets the system requirements of the graphics card and Windows was installed fresh from scratch and latest version or patch file for the games are installed.
