Feels safe and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This door lock is amazing. It was pretty easy and clear on how to set it up. Once we got it installed we were able to easily set up our prints and it worked. You also can use the pin as well. The app is easy to work and understand. The door lock locks perfectly and we feel protected. There is no noise when opening it and it’s holding up well. The size is nice and easy to hit all the buttons. We love that the palm print works perfectly and we have had no issues. This really is well worth it. It makes us feel secure and safe and it looks fancy. Thank you so much for this opportunity and us feeling safe.

This makes disability access a little bit easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was simple and quick. I didn't have much difficulty operating it and setting up family members. It is highly recommend that if your WiFi router isn’t near the front door, than a signal extension may be helpful. As the master accountant, you can lock/unlock the door from afar, keep up on wether the door was locked/unlocked by a passcode, manually, or by the palm reader/family member(s). For those that may have limited mobility, the ability to lock/unlock the door from your phone is a lifesaver.
However in my experience, when setting up fellow family members, my access to see lock/unlock activity, and to operate the lock from my phone seems to always be removed, requiring me to calibrate the lock each time.
The app is easy to use. You can lock and unlock as well as add users and assign codes for people to get in and out. The palm scanner seems to work really well. The push button lock is really nice and simple. The door has to be pulled all the way or the lock may fail to lock or unlock.
I love the multiple ways to lock and unlock the door but there are issues with adding users that need to be resolved.

The installation and setup were easy, and I love that there are multiple ways to use it, like a palm scanner, a finger printer, a door code, and a key. It lets me know when the lock is engaged/disengaged, and it is easy to get to the battery to charge! This will be a game-changer for my family!
