No replacement filters available!!!

I liked it all right until I needed to buy accessories for it. For instance the filter that you have to have in order to use the product. The replacement filters are non-existent and are always out of stock. I've looked everywhere and I have set up to be notified if they ever come back in stock again. However it's in really expensive product to be unplugged sitting in a corner unable to use it because it needs a filter replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Sensor

I really wanted to like this as it worked well in the beginning. The first one I had the sensor went out after 11 months. However, the service was great, and they replaced it with a new one. However, after several months the sensor went out on the second one as well and now, I need to find something that is more reliable as I can't afford to buy another one that will fail again. Bad sensors they don't last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I drank the kool-aid!

Just got this in a couple of days ago. I am so disappointed. I wanted to love this but the sensor does not work! It reads 100% clean air the whole time it’s running! I’ve even sprayed all kinds of things around it and it still never changes. A big Waste of money!

Sleek design and simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start the design of this air purifier is simple and sleek. It doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. It cleans the air for up to 1200 ft. and keeps the room smelling fresh. The odor neutralizer technology really works and has a nice fresh scent. The display shows exactly what your air quality is. It’s so quiet I have to check to make sure it’s working. I love the display and how easy that controls are to use. I have this unit on the same level of the house where we keep the cat litter box you would not even know there is a litter box down there. I feel better knowing my family is breathing clean fresh air. I have noticed my son who has allergies is having Les issues because we use these. Great job Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago and set it up right away in my family room. It is about 2.5 feet tall and needs to be 3 inches away from the wall. It was very easy to set up and turn on. It displays a percentage of clean air right on the side of it. There is a place for an odor circle that can be replacement. The one that came with it does smell really good. You can change the intensity as well! Highly recommend this product! It does a great job!

I gave it a4 out of 5 because I feel the air freshener that you put in the purifier could be a little stronger, I was hoping for a nice fresh scent in that room but I didn’t smell it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Clean Sense Air Purifier Max with Odor Neutralizer Technology is a must have in my home. I suffer from allergies so this is great and easy for me to use. It's also good because it gets rid of food smells. It doesn't take up too much space. I feel that it's the perfect size. I like that it shows the quality of air and the particles that's in the air. It runs quiet so unless you see it you don't know it's there but you will enjoy the fresh air. I also like the fact that I can dim or turn off the display. The odor neutralizer leaves my home smelling great. It's also a great looking unit. This is great and I feel that every home should have one in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this. It tells about several things in the air & cleans it. Every time I cook, it says the air is bad. I never new. I like the color coding of good, bad & in the middle. The touch panel is really nice. It makes me feel good to have this in my home. I have had others, but they did not do all the things that this does, nor did they cover this much square feet. This can do my whole house. It doesn't seem to use the filter that fast, which is a very important thing I look for. I have been using it for a few weeks and the filter life is at 93%. Other ones did not ever have something that would tell me the life of the filter, so this is unique and I love it. A con would be the smelly thing that comes with it. It does not say what it is that would be circulating through the air to make that smell. Additionally, I had no idea the package was that smelly thing. A warning should be placed on it so that people that do not wish to use it, do not open it. I did not want my son nor I to breath that in from opening it because the ingredients are unknown. Another thing that I wish this did was to eliminate the BAD chemicals that are in things like that usually. That would be the best. If the ingredients are good in that smelling thing, then it shouldn't be a problem to be transparent about it. Have a smelly thing that is not full of the BAD chemicals would be fantastic.
