A hassle to set it up

The monitor is great and works as expected. No complaints about the product itself.
The issue was during setup. When I opened the box, I couldn't find the bolts needed to attach the monitor to the arm. After checking everything, it turns out they weren't included at all. I ended up making a trip to Home Depot to buy the bolts myself.
Didn't want to deal with the return process and wait even longer. The monitor is great, but the missing bolts was frustrating. That's where the 3 stars come from.
I would recommend this to a friend!
