Broke in 5 min of normal play

My daughter received this barbie for her birthday today. She loved it and was excited to play with it first from her presents. About 5 minutes after opening, she was wiggling the tail and it broke. The fin snaps onto barbie using two plastic connections. She was not being rough. She was simply using normal play and one of the connections snapped out. Disappointed with quality.

Mermaid review for my daughter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the package looks pretty nice and gives people a feel of high end toy. After opening it, my daughter really likes to play with the flowers and think it's so cool that able to hide them. The added fin does make me feel added value to the toy but it makes her think it's easily removable that end up breaking one the the pins. Another thing I wish comes with it is a clip on the neck that could tie the hairs in as it does feel I can remove them easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flower Magic Mermaid Barbie is the best toy for bath time play and in the car no separate pieces to loose and nothing to break and loose in the bath and kids love it so much more then the other Barbies because of the swimming fin.

Beautiful Magical flower mermaid fun!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Mermaid is so beautiful and magical.The lever in the back allows the flowers to apper or disappear as if by magic.My five year old thought that this Mermaid was beautiful she was able to fully operate the lever and even was able to unbox this doll except for the fasteners to keep the doll in the box itself. This is doll also has a tail piece to attach a simple click to snap it into place and you are good to go. All in al a great fun quality toy!!!

My daughter's new favorite barbie!

Barbie is absolutely adorable with her mermaid fin and pretty crown accessory! My daughter loves the suprise blooming flower feature. The beautiful flowers on Barbies outfit magically appear and disappear with the push of a button! This doll quickly became my daughter's new favorite toy. Another wonderful creation by Mattel!

New twist on mermaid barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun new twist on the Barbie mermaid. My daughter loves how you twist the mermaid and the flowers pop out. She will have fun playing with it all summer. I haven’t gotten it wet yet, so I don’t know what will happen in water.

Perfect Display and Play Mermaid

The design is so creative, and the way the flower blooms when her waist is twisted is a magical touch. The fun part is it's water resistant, hence now we have long bath time. The barbie can also sit down being folded from the waist so It’s perfect for display and play.
