Fast delivery. Light weight, easy to use and store. Powerful pick-up for a little vacuum, but need to empty the small dirt catcher cup fairly often. Very useful on our dog-hair covered hard surface floors and area rugs. Would definitely buy again!

Battery life is short. I contacted Bissell and they are replacing the battery. Hopefully the next one is better

It works as expected. It’s light enough for my weak wrist but powerful enough for daily messes. I don’t have pets or carpet, all hardwood or tile floors. I only wish the battery would last longer and that it would have a flexible extension and a brush attachment.

Best house gadget I have ever bought. Got away from a corded Bissell to a cordless and that was genius. I save time with no cord limitations. Goes anywhere and can get flat like the floor for under couches, chairs, etc... 3 power modes are great, I use the highest since my home is small. Buy it, don't skimp. And, the Lights on it are perfect. I call it vacuuming in the dark- you will see dust and dirt you do not normally see. I researched vacuums for a week and chose this WINNER!
