Hi Brian,
Thank you for taking a moment to review the MX-ST50F Sound Tower.
For even more bass, press the BASS button on the remote or the unit itself.
If you press the SOUND MODE button on the remote control you will cycle through the different predefined equalizer settings.
The default mode is PARTY, if you are wanting to go back to default easily, when the Sound Tower is turned OFF, press, and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button for more than 5 seconds.
Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by connecting a USB device with the firmware update stored on it to the USB1 or USB2 port on your Sound Tower. You can find the firmware file by going to Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper left corner.
