While the phone is similar in function to my previous Note 20, the lack of being able to use Samsung Dex is disheartening. It was a productive app. It was convenient to plug in my phone while using my PC, allow it to charge and access phone messages.

So far it's been working quite well for him, I've heard no complaints from him about it. Other than he can't figure out how to do something, so than I have to walk him through how to do it. Google new Ai has been a welcomed help with things also for him.
