I bought this a month ago to photocopy A3 documents as well as the standard A4. However it did not scan A3 documents as the platters glas was only A4 size,althiugh it had a paper tray capable of taking A3. I think a lot dore detail needs to made available to conform advertising standard and legislation.

Had this for 1 month now, it is a terrible machine so dont waste your money on it. It keeps saying it is out of paper. the software will not load properly, it now says critical failure and shut itself down. The scanner is forever saying it has lost its connection. I tried to contact HP and got through to a real person who was so abruct I I told him it was working to get him off the phone
