So far not so good. Out of the box... Freezing many times a day... Not compatible with my old mouse .. can't run gemini without crashing..browser freezing...adobe crash..random google docs issues constantly and sketchup crash at least once a day. Those are all the things i upgraded and bought this for but at this stage I'm pretty frustrated that my ancient 2016 microsoft machine was doing a better job than this very expensive ASUS machine. Sure..im gonna work through it... changing this setting and that one but I'm really annoyed that I have to do that after spending all this money for this machine.

Love the Laptop, but...

Love the laptop, but I used the ASUS tool to update ASUS software, and it stopped working. Luckily, I have two of the same laptop, and Had just downloaded the software set from ASUS in lieu of using the tool. I uploaded the software manually, and it correct most of the issues, but the Network link drops off when it sleeps, and won't connect unless I manually connect, or reboot the Laptop. Trying to work through the issue, but no luck to this point. Even reset the Win Network to make sure it was not an issue.

Poor Built-in Camera Quality

I feel that the manufacturer put more emphasis on gaming and zero interest on the built-in camera. There was no way to adjust the camera to account for different skin tones. No way to turn down lighting. No way to fine tune the settings. End result was a washed out effect with an over lighted image during Zoom meetings. Also, the camera image kept drifting in and out. Very distracting.

Laptop is nice all around and works well but the reason I took a star is the 6 speakers sound tiny like a busted sound system last years model sounded loud and clear even at low volume with some bass maybe my unit is defective but tried everything to fix it
