To get the sound quality i have to hold these so the inside part gets closer to my canal and the outside piece is where it should be. I've tried every combination possible, they do not fit my ear, at least not so that the sound is what it should be. The giveaway is everyone around you hears them better than you.

Call sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed listening to music with ultra but when I used them for phone calls sound quality was horrible it didn't matter how I places them in my ear, when I called support they didn't have the answer when I wanted to exchange them for a different earbud they told me I would have to return them first wait for a credit then repurchase a different earbud that was alot of unnecessary steps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that they were open and had a great feeling of almost nothing on my ear. The downside is the phone use is awful. At a $300 price point they should have high cross functionality. These should retail more around $99

Should have bought a different set

Piercing Friendly!
