Balanced smooth sound

The new gen 2 QC headphones sound excellent. The bass is tight, the highs are smooth. They are comfortable on your ears and easily block all the noise at the gym. I'm not a fan of the slide volume control. The app has a problem if 2 phones are listed in the devices. The app is the weakest part of the product.

Nice sound quality. But I was 100% sent a refurbished one because the cushions on the headphones look used. Insane for the amount of money I paid.
