I received the Headphones as a Birthday gift. Absolutely beautiful. Took a minute to see how to operate the controls. My last set was a little easier to operate, however, I can handle my new set fine now.

Excellent headphone. These headphones are a significant improvement over the Quiet Comfort headphones.
1. Audio over USB is excellent.
2. ANC is excellent.
3 Fit is comfortable - not too heavy and not too much pressure on my head.
4. Easy to connect to my phone and to the Boise app.

Phenomenal headphones

Excellent overall quality and function. Outstanding active noise cancellation and the "aware" setting transmits sound perfectly. I have used the original quiet Comfort ultra headphones for a couple of years and have been pleased. My biggest issue with the first generation was that they would turn off when I would bend over. They think that they are being placed horizontally and the auto-off function would kick in. This would happen repeatedly and I would have to push the play button to restart the music or program. This issue seems to have been largely resolved with the 2nd generation. I tried repositioning the headphones while I was wearing them by bending over or lying down while wearing them. On the rare occasion that they went into sleep mode, they would restart when I would move and seemed to learn as they rarely would go back into sleep mode if I performed the same movement.

Perfect-- a worthy upgrade to the first gen!

These headphones are perfect! I previously had the 1st gen of the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones and these make a number of small but ultimately really nice improvements. First, they just look better--the metal part holding the ear cups just looks much more stylish and honestly expensive than the first gen. Minor thing but definitely got us off on the right foot. The sound quality is also excellent--I can notice the improvement over the first gen. Basically across all genres of songs, voices come across as more authentic and louder music is more powerful. The noise cancellation is also better--I wear these in my office a lot and things can be loud. Previously not a lot got through with the 1st generation, but these are definitely more powerful--I barely heard anything while wearing them. Overall I highly recommend!
