It’s a great indoor Camera and easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly so happy with the Arlo Essential Indoor Security Camera (3rd Gen)! It came nicely packaged and felt high-quality right out of the box. Setting it up was a breeze, it connected super fast, and the Arlo app is really easy to use, even if you’re not techy.
The motion detection is super responsive, and I love how wide the view is, it covers the whole room perfectly. The video quality is sharp, and the night vision surprised me with how clear it looks in the dark. Overall, it’s a great camera that gives me peace of mind and was super easy to get up and running.

Solid product if you're okay with paying for a sub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera has 2k definition and night vision. What more can I ask for? I do want to mention that the stand itself is sturdy if on an even surface but can easily be knocked over. I also am not a fan of the subscription plan for continuous usage of the camera.

Good indoor camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good indoor security camera. The video quality is a massive step up from the old one I had, but the live cam does lag a bit. One of the downsides is the subscription cost, which is more than what I’d like to spend monthly. But overall, it has good night vision and was super easy to install. The app is also easy to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] much better camera than i expected for its price point! although this model is stationary, its easier to move around before recording and has a super wide view. motion detection works super well, camera quality is very clear, and i like that it has a shield that comes down when you select that you are home. considering buying more from this brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Arlo 2K indoor camera, and I’m pretty impressed. Setup was really straightforward—I had it up and running within 10 minutes. The video quality is sharp, and I love that it works in low light.. I can clearly see what’s going on even at night. Motion detection is reliable, and I like that I get alerts instantly on my phone. The app is simple to use, which makes checking in easy.
The only small downside is that it’s a plug-in, so you need to have it near an outlet, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, it’s a solid little camera if you want an easy, dependable way to keep an eye on your space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have lots of Ring cameras and doorbell so I was interested to see how Arlo compared. This works well and has good video quality and night vision- can even see my black cat. It was easy to set up and I like its stand better. The app interface is easy to operate, though I prefer Ring and Neighbors. It integrated easily into our smart home hub and I may buy another Arlo camera for outside.

It has good image quality, allowing you to distinguish details more clearly during the day and night. However, it has some significant drawbacks: it doesn't offer local storage or a microSD card slot, so it relies entirely on Arlo's cloud storage to record events, and those features (historical video saving, smart detections, etc.) require a paid subscription. Installation also requires a nearby power outlet and relies on Wi-Fi, which may limit optimal placement in some homes. Overall, it's a competent option if you're willing to accept the recurring subscription cost; otherwise, you might want to look for a camera with local storage to avoid additional payments.
