Error codes already

After we had the unit installed, wired up and turn the breaker on an error message appeared after a couple of minutes. The instructions were to turn off the breaker for 15 minutes and try again. I believe after two attempts the the message disappeared. As a result I had to pay the electrician for extra time. About a week later the message appeared again. We reset the breaker and the message disappeared. We called an appliance repair company after that and they said that there is a likely a software issue and some of the circuit boards have to be replaced. The repair company said it will take a month for the replacement parts to come in. Very frustrating to have a major issue on one of the top end products within minutes of having it. Thankfully it appears to work despite the error message comes up. I honestly can't say I have confidence in the product and unfortunately I didn't get extended warranty when I purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with a brand-new unit

I recently purchased the Frigidaire GCWM3070AF microwave/wall oven combination. Unfortunately, right after installation, the lower oven began displaying “Door open” even when the door is completely closed. The oven still heats, but the interior light remains on and the control continues to indicate that the door is open.
I tried turning the unit off at the breaker and restarting it, but the problem remains. For a brand-new appliance at this price point, I did not expect to need service immediately after installation.
The unit looks great and the oven does heat properly, but having a door-sensing issue from the beginning is very disappointing. I hope Frigidaire can resolve the problem quickly and permanently.
I’ll update my review after the service visit and repair.

Great combo

We have had this for several months and love it when it is working. We are getting intermittent error codes and it is currently in the process of being fixed under warrnaty. We love the convection in the microwave for small quick items.

Highly Recommend!

This unit was purchased to replace a popular high end unit we had purchased 8 years ago and had to have the microwave fixed 3 times, after the last microwave fail....again! We decided on purchasing another brand. We visited our local appliance store, did some research, but also had a Frigidaire Gallery cooktop insert that has never been an issue for us, so was a fairly easy decision, the cost was also a deciding factor as the Frigidaire microwave and oven cost nearly as much as the microwave of the other brand would have!
We have already used the pizza oven and love it! Love that there is an app that you can control the oven with, which I have also used, and all the options such as air fry, dough proof, steam bake and sous vide to name a few. So far so good.

Stylish Design with Great Cooking Features

We recently added this Frigidaire 30” Electric Wall Oven and Microwave Combination to our kitchen, and it has been a great experience so far. The appliance looks very stylish and modern, and it really upgraded the overall appearance of our kitchen.
The microwave works excellent and comes with many useful cooking options that make everyday use very convenient. The oven also performs great — especially when making pizza, which turned out perfectly cooked and delicious using the stone-baked feature.
Overall, this appliance combines both functionality and great design. We are very happy with the performance and quality, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a premium wall oven and microwave combination.
