Easy to use. Leaves skin smooth.

As a person who keeps up with a bald head and days of stubble this product definitely came in handy. Its easy to charge and set up, battery life has lasted during use and into the next use. I do find that you need to follow the instructions and make sure that hair is not longer than 2 ml to get it nicely shaven off. I have course hair and it took it off with no problem or much need to go over it with another razor. Product does indeed work on both dry or wet skin. Also I did not notice any irritation to my skin or head, no bumps or redness. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a shaver.

Best Head Buzzer Ever!

I can get a nice close shave without irritating my skin, and it’s super easy to store and clean up (it comes with a case and Jaa wash cup). In my opinion, this is currently the best skull shaver on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is convenience at the touch of a button! I've never been one for these head shavers, I tend to be a razor type of guy. But this thing has definitely changed my mind. I shave when I shower and this allows me to get the job done while I'm gaming or on my way somewhere! Not bad, not bad at all! Great feel on the materials used and very durable! The battery life is great and can get you a shave on a 5 minute charge. Easy to clean with no mess and no hairs everywhere. Just run it under water and BOOM done! My only criticism is i have to go over the same areas a few times for real precision and it caused me a bit of irritation. It's very quiet and subtle which is awesome, no one would ever know you were shaving your head! My electric toothbrush is louder than this shaver! After trying it for a few weeks i gotta say I'm thoroughly impressed with this Phillips Norelco head shaver! If you've ever been on the fence about one of these, I would highly recommend you try this one.. you won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a quality razor that can be used in the shower. It gives a close shave on your head. Not as close as a real razor but I have not found a head shaver yet that can do that. It is not very noisy and seems to last a decent amount on a charge. It is rechargeable. The only negative I have is that it dies not give you a % of battery life so you don’t know when the battery will die which could leave you stranded mid shave. A good quality product you would expect from Norelco at a price point lower than a lot of the other electric head shavers out there. Easy to clean in the shower by just popping the heads off and running under water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a good experience with the new electric shaver, which provided a nice, clean shave, but I needed to prep my head first. Ideally, I shave weekly, but I got busy and missed a few sessions. The first time I used it, I realized my hair needed to be pre-shaved to about 2mm, which is fine since my current electric razor also struggles with longer hair. I trimmed down to a zero setting with my old razor, then used the new shaver, and it performed as well as, if not better than, a razor blade. However, after three days, when I used the new shaver again, it tugged a bit—not painfully like a cut, but noticeably. My hair doesn’t grow that fast (or so I thought), but I had to prep again. For best results, daily use is ideal, and overall, it’s a great machine.

Very handy

I gave it four stars out of five because it only has four blades instead of five where the fifth blade would be in the center. So when I use it I do have some missed spots due to it not having the fifth blade in the middle. But overall it does a great job not irritating the skin on my head and it is able to knock down the hair when I don't have time to use my straight razor. This is great in a pinch when you're traveling and you don't want to carry all your shaving cream and razor with you while on that business trip. I've used other competitors that are on the market and I think this one does a great job holding a better charge but again it would have gotten a fifth star if it had the fifth blade in the middle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Philips Norelco Head Shaver Pro 5000 for a while now and really like it. Super easy to use, feels good in the hand, and makes shaving quick. Works wet or dry, but honestly, it’s way better wet with shaving cream closer, smoother, and less irritation. Cleanup’s a breeze too just rinse it out and you’re done.
Only thing is, it’s a bit tricky to get around the ears and up near my beard line, so I still have to hit those spots with a regular razor. Other than that, it’s been a big time saver and gives a nice clean shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Norelco Head Shaver Pro 5000 is easily the best of this style razor that I have tried! A close shave, comfortable grip, and efficient blades makes this affordable shaver a must have. Many razors irritate the head. I had no redness or irritation after several days of use. Battery life is on par, if not better than alternatives. The unit is easy to disassemble and clean. This is easily the best I have tried of this style.
