[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having it for about a month, I really like using this device. I generally shave my head 3 times out of the week, but this has replaced my razor for at least 2 of those days. It’s fast, provides a clean looking shave (not as smooth as a razor), good battery life, and it’s very easy to clean. This is a definite recommendation for its convenience and use, especially if traveling. Recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed this product greatly. Def makes things easier for those days you dont have the ability to use a good old fashioned blade. Charge held up for a long time. Cut smoothly not alot of rough stubble left behind. Waterproof def helped on the time saving. Slight razorburn on the back of the neck at first but overall a good product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been shaving my head for 25 years and have used several head shavers, this one is by far the best. It provides a close shave, without irritation. My hair grows in a variety of directions and this shaver has no problems getting it all. Cleaning the shaver is easy, so you're ready to go for the next time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Norelco Head Shaver Pro 5000 offers quick charging with a convenient battery, is hand-sized and very portable, quiet and non-bothersome, easy to clean between uses, and feels durable with good overall quality. Despite the good quality, I can feel it pulling hair. It may work better for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is top-notch. Feels very well built in your hand. With a quite hum and a longer battery life. I love the precision of this as well. Then, just to make it better, clean up is a breeze.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it shortly after buzzing my head, needed to go over a few times but after that it was pretty smooth. Included rinsing cup made cleanup a breeze. Will use pretty often
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shaver! I charged it overnight and used it for an entire shave and no issues with battery life. It was nice that it cut cleanly (I used it dry) and no hair pulling! I like that it came with a blade cover and bag to protect it from humidity and other dust. It comes with a small brush, but didn’t have a reason to use it yet. I consider it at an “at or below” normal noise level, but I expect noise when shaving with a powered device. I also find the grip to be ergonomical and easy to maintain control. Overall, it’s a great product and would recommend it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on the lookout for a head shaver that won't angry up my skin and was happy to give the Philips Norelco Head Pro my attention. I've now had a chance to put it through its paces with both wet and dry shaves, and I'm very impressed. Initial Impressions & Design The shaver arrived nicely packaged and with no charge, which was a little unusual but not a deal-breaker. The physical design of the shaver is great—it feels nice in the hand and is comfortable to hold, though I wish it had a bit more meaningful traction. The protective cap is a thoughtful touch and has vent holes, which is great for hygiene. A minor point of confusion was the instruction manual, which uses a large fold open style and has small print, making it a bit difficult to follow. I was also initially unsure if it was wet-shave capable, as it's not apparent on the box, but I can confirm that it is. For safety, it will not work when plugged in. Performance & Shaving Experience The standout feature for me is the articulation between the head and the neck of the shaver. This flexibility is a game-changer, especially for navigating around tricky areas like moles, and it provided a very comfortable, nearly irritation-free shave on my neck. I found that I lost some of this helpful articulation when using a between-finger grip, so I stuck to a more standard grip for the best results. Here's a breakdown of my shaving experiences: Shave 1 (Wet with Manscaped gel): This went very smoothly. The shaver glided nicely, and the articulation was excellent for getting around moles without any immediate irritation. Shaves 2 & 3 (Dry): These were surprisingly good. The heads feel gentle and not at all rough on the skin, and they still managed to go over moles without causing irritation. Shave 4 (Wet in the shower): The shaver is very slick to hold when your hands are wet with gel or soap. I found it necessary to either rinse my hands and the shaver or use a between-finger grip to maintain control. The shave itself was still great. Shave 5 (Wet with shave soap): Another nice, smooth shave. Shave 6 (Dry on neck): I specifically tested this on my neck, and there was no immediate irritation, which is a big win for someone with sensitive skin. Battery Life & Charging The battery performance is solid. A quick 5-minute charge provided 10 minutes and 50 seconds of runtime, while a 1-minute quick charge gave me 2 minutes and 53 seconds—perfect for a last-minute touch-up. The shaver charged from completely dead to full in about 55 minutes, which is quite fast. My runtime test showed that the low battery flash at 2:10 was followed by it dying at 2:14. One thing to note is the proprietary Philips cable (USB-A on the other end), which I'm not a fan of, as I prefer the universality of USB-C. However, it seems to be the same cable as the Philips OneBlade. Maintenance The included rinse stand is a useful accessory. I used it after doing a standard rinse of the open head under the faucet. Running the shaver in the stand for a minute revealed small hair clumps in the water, confirming that it’s a worthwhile step to use periodically for a more thorough cleaning. Final Verdict Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Philips Norelco Head Pro. It has proven to be a reliable and comfortable shaver, especially for someone with sensitive skin like me. The fantastic articulation and gentle heads make for a close shave without the usual irritation. I would highly recommend this product.
