I cannot register my real product

I bought a GO Party speaker but can't enter this type when registering. I think that's why it's not possible to access the equalizer in MYJLAB, for example. Can you help me?

Only problem in setup is MS Windows asked for a PIN but there was none on the unit. Used AI which gave me 3 default PINs and 0000 worked.
