Ice maker broke immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ice maker is completely broken and falling out of the freezer. As a result, not only do we not have ice, I can’t shut the freezer door. The repairman says that he can’t get parts to fix this from kitchenaid! I’m soooo angry!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
