Worst refrigerator I've ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when I purchased this refrigerator. I researched and thought I made the correct choice. I was wrong. Victim of poor design and faulty equipment. 1 day - defective ice maker. Call the warranty office. Very nice, polite, understanding people. They put me in contact with a local repair company. Horrible scheduling, unreliable technicians and my brand new refrigerator is still not fixed ! Avoid this brand. It's not worth the headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and beautiful refrigerator

It replaced a high-tech Samsung FLEX refrigerator that stopped cooling after three years of service. What a waste of money! After some serious research, we purchased this refrigerator and, so far, we are completely satisfied. Yes, it is a little noisy when getting a glass of water or when it makes ice; but, we'll ignore that all day long if it last the 10 to 15 years of service we're hoping to receive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator 2 weeks now, and so far it has been a big improvement on the old one. I particularly like the layout of the shelves in the refrigerator section. However the freezer section is pretty small, and not many options for storage. This is our first one with no water/ice in door. I like the clean look this provides. Getting water from inside is not as awkward as I suspected. Only one issue I wish I had noticed before buying....the electric cord is much closer to the bottom than the old one, so I had to make other arrangements for plugging.

LOVE IT...BUT...

It's easy to organize my perishables and the counter depth means I don't have to "dig" to find things that I'm looking for. BUT... there are no instructions how to adjust the temp in the fridge or freezer, other than touching the icon on the door (which I bump on a regular basis). If I touch the fridge button, it only RAISES the temp and there are no instructions on how to lower it. I would appreciate any updates to the "quick start" that will help me maintain my temp settings. I've touched the LOCK for 3 seconds, but it doesn't lock, so I'm out here on a limb.

My first Kitchaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during a black Friday sale for a kitchen remodel in January. I delayed the delivery and am just now getting to use it. I like the spaciousness and inside water dispenser. Ice machine works great but I manually turn it off to prevent overflow. I thought I would like the offset bigger veg drawer but it requires me to open both doors to utilize which is an energy waste. I also feel the drawers are too flimsy for a Kitchenaid. I’m thankful I don’t have children trying to manipulate them. The interior is beautiful but not as durable as I expected for the price. I ordered it online. I am also unsure of how to used/ understand the display panel? Manual is vague and describes varying panels not like mine. Not sure I would recommend? Although it does look nice and coordinates with my other appliances.

New kitchen aid 3 door fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very nice looking French door fridge, it’s a counter depth model, lots more room than my old LG, my only two issues , the doors don’t close easily, they need to be pushed with intent. Second the ice from the ice maker when you open the fridge door falls behind the shelves. Kind of a pain in the as-. But that said over all we like mostly everything else.

Great looking refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned the unit for over a month, and we really like how it looks. It is quite flexible regarding how the shelves can adjusted. A few issues have occurred: The internal water dispenser continuously dripped water from day one. We followed the instructions in the owner's manual (collect 3 gallons, while cycling 5 sec on and off). This stopped the leaking. We also had an issue with the lower deli drawer. If heavier items are placed at the back of the drawer, it will fall off the track and get jammed. By moving the heavier items to the front, the problem went away. However, this is a frustrating design flaw.
