[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it for 3 months. It’s a good looking refrigerator and so far running well. Time will tell. I just wish the shelves and drawers were made of better quality material. They feel cheap

Ice machine makes screaming noise and drops ice..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice making mechanism is flawed by design. Two issues: 1/ Makes a crazy high frequency noise any time it automatically disposes ice... which last for 10-15 seconds but is so loud it wakes you up, 2/ the ice drawer is flawed by design - as you pull it, ice drops from the bucket and falls everywhere outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good space and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I like the pull-out, larger drawer that has wood on it. Roomy. I don't use the water feature much as I have an RO, but for those who want cold water, I am sure that is great.
