Really nice features

Good storage location and really like the pull out shelf. Makes it easier to remove heavy items stored on the shelf. Keeps all the products stored cold.

The space inside is huge, which makes it easy to organize everything, and I like how open and bright it feels. The French doors are smooth to open, and the freezer has a lot of room as well. Overall, it feels like a high-quality fridge that would be great for a busy household.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the consistency of the cooling in the refrigerator section and the freezer compartment. We have refrigerator thermometers in each compartment and the temps are right on. 37 degrees and 0 degrees. That's where the controls are set. The fridge is amazingly quiet too.
The issue we have is the left hand refrigerator door will not stay open. You let go of it and it closes halfway. It also has a creaking sound too. I think the problem is the water lines leading to the door mounted ice maker/water dispenser are too stiff and will not flex when pivoting the door open. The floor models in the stores did not do this. I am going to need to arrange for a service call.

Big enough for large family

My experience with KitchenAid has been above expectations. My food is cold and the water/ice is fresh and delicious. We like having the exterior water and ice. We always had to open the freezer in our old refrigerator for ice so this is so convenient. I like the large storage space in the doors. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything separate and easier to find items. I received a 40% discount for purchasing this item in exchange for my opinion. I love my new refrigerator.
