The top small pocket is soft inside for phones and its perfect. The other 2 front pockets are great for separating smaller things kids carry...or adults. The laptop pocket is great and has a 2 support pieces so the laptop doesnt sit on the floor when you put it down. its a perfect backpack. Just buy it. You wont regret it!!!!

The package came in a very timely manner. It was in good condition. The backpack has a nice sturdy feel to it. Looks like it has enough space to fit all my daughter's things. My daughter likes it so that is great. The bottom of the bag could use a little more padding. The sides for the water bottles hold them better so the water bottle will not just slide out. The price was good.

It's a gorgeous backpack, but the inside usnt near as spacious as you would think it was. If your child is in elementary it would probably be fine. BUT i wouldnt recommended it for a highschooler.
