[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the grey backpack but was sent the mint green other then that this backpack is big and has lots of room for anything you need to use it for. I use it for work to take my lunch and other stuff needed. It is very well made and sturdy.

Comfortable backpack with plenty of storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly am impressed with the overall quality, design, and comfort of this backpack. The swoop SG backpack is huge and can literally hold everything you need. There are a lot of external pockets and also a spot for your laptop that is padded and provides excellent protection. My favorite feature is the fleece lined phone/sunglasses pocket. I'm always looking for a place to store my sunglasses and my glasses without them getting scratched and this pocket protects them well and the fleece soft lining helps to prevent scratches. I was amazed at how comfortable this backpack is due to the larger straps that are padded and do not dig into your shoulders even when the backpack is full. I like the dual water bottle pockets because they are easy to access and you don't have to dig around trying to find your water bottle. I'll take this backpack to work, on walks, when hiking, as a diaper bag for my daughter, and when bike riding. This bag can be used literally for anything. It is my go to backpack and I love that it is fashionable and yet offers a simple sleek look. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint.

Love the bag and looks of it. However, the fabric already is torn on the shoulder strap a bit. This was disappointing because I noticed it on day two of using the bag. Maybe I just received a faulty one though.
