The top small pocket is soft inside for phones and its perfect. The other 2 front pockets are great for separating smaller things kids carry...or adults. The laptop pocket is great and has a 2 support pieces so the laptop doesnt sit on the floor when you put it down. its a perfect backpack. Just buy it. You wont regret it!!!!

I bought this for school as many bags did not fit my hp envy 17”, but this bag has blown me away! It fit my laptop and zipped up with ease. There are also many pockets to squirrel away and organize all of your things! This is a new must have for me and I will never buy any other brand of backpack.

I bought this last month and it is a must have backpack I say. So many compartments, helps me organizing things and pull them out when I need it without any mess. The shoulder support gives me a great relief from my constant back pain. Such a reasonable price too !
