This is headphone pair number 2 that I have blown in 4 months. If you listen with volume all the way up for about 60 days you will have a speaker that will be blown. Not made for loud use. Great quality otherwise.

Pros: Not too complicated. Batteries last nearly forever. CHEAP.
Cons: Occasionally get uncomfortable. No headphone jack.

Great quality product

I had been looking at this product for a while and when it went on sale it was a done deal. The sound quality is fantastic for every day use, podcasts, audio-books and music. This is not exactly sound canceling, but it is a great product and I am very happy.

Software Bugs

Honestly the quality of these headphones aren’t bad and are comfortable but the amount of problems and bugs the headphones have are ridiculous. Sometimes the headphone won’t turn on after hours of charging or sometimes it randomly cuts off while you’re listening to music even when it full charge. While the sound quality is decent the constant problems with the headphones makes them not worth it. There are better headphones to buy from in my opinion

If your JBL headphones are not turning on, we recommend performing a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Also, please make sure that your source device and your JBL Tune 520BT are within Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) to avoid random disconnections. Love these headphones

Excellent pair of headphones for the price. This is for the 520BT headphones, which aren't necessarily "noise canceling" headphones, but as soon as you put these things on, the world about 85% disappears. I have trouble hearing myself with them on. And sound quality is excellent. The equalizer seems a bit limited in it's ranges (there's a couple preset options that you can mess with and it saves them as subsets to the presets), but I have trouble hearing much difference to each settings, and I have a pretty fair ear and always like to tweak my equalizers to my perfection. Oh, they are also comfortable and stay put, I wore them out in the garden and with light yardwork and they only had to be readjusted a couple times, slight slipping, never fell off. They're comfortable on my ears, I have multiple piercings in each ear and I wear glasses, and they caused me no discomfort to wear over all that for a couple hours at a time. I could definitely see myself as one of those kids that wears headphones all day with these. Plus, the customization of colors was just super cool! Battery life seems excellent, which I am excited about because I hate having to charge things constantly.

Loving my JBL's

I purchased a customized pair of over ear head phones. I couldn't be more pleased. The colors are amazing and exactly what I wanted. The sound these headphones produce is amazing! I love them! Thanks JBL!

Fell apart quickly

I bought these refurbished. They are very comfortable and fit well. However, they have fallen apart after a few weeks. I don't know if that was just the risk I was taking getting a refurbished pair but its disappointing that they were so short-lived.
