Lots to like

I've have had this for over two months now, and like it a LOT. Controls have been decreased from the Cinema 1200 software app, but still have enough. Two sound settings: movie and music and they work well. Dolby Atmos is great. The only negative I have is the dialogue is a little strong, even if off. I have to lower the treble considerably to bring it back to my liking, but sometime I forget and it sounds good, so it just may be me.

Klipsch Flexus Core 300 Soundbar

Verified Purchase:Yes
I recently replaced my Klipsch Cinema 1200 system with the new Flexus Core 300, and while I’ve only received the soundbar portion of the system so far without the Flexus SUB or Flexus SURR satellite speakers I'm already impressed by what this unit delivers on its own.
The spatial engineering of the Core 300 is exceptional. Even without dedicated rear channels, the bar’s 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos configuration creates a convincingly immersive soundstage. The side-firing and up-firing drivers, powered by Klipsch’s acoustic design and Onkyo’s signal processing, simulate rear presence with surprising clarity. At times, I found myself turning to locate phantom speakers that weren’t physically there.
While the Cinema 1200 had a more substantial, furniture-grade build, its materials and finish felt more premium, the Flexus 300 doesn’t feel out of place in my setup. Its sleek profile and understated design integrate well into the room, and it carries a modern elegance that complements its technical prowess.
Bass response was another standout. For a soundbar operating without its companion subwoofer, the Flexus 300 delivers impressive low-end performance, thanks to its dual 4" up-firing woofers and Dirac Live room correction. It’s not the seismic rumble of a dedicated sub, but it’s tight, musical, and more than adequate for standalone use.
I’m genuinely looking forward to completing the system with the Flexus SUB 200 and SURR 200 speakers. If the soundbar alone can conjure this level of dimensionality and depth, I expect the full setup to elevate the experience into true cinematic territory.

Great sound quality with some quirks

I got this right when it came out and have had it for a few months. Overall it’s great, however there are a few quirks. I use an Apple TV with it and for Apple Music specifically with Spatial Audio enabled, songs that are supported sound great but songs that aren’t are about half the volume so I end up leaving it disabled so the volume is consistent. Maybe a bug that will be fixed soon but it’s a pretty big deal for how I use it. Movies are fantastic. I have the 2 wireless 10s and the rears with the up firing speakers and it really is a great sounding system, especially for a soundbar. Overall I’m very happy with it, coming from the cinema 1200, which certainly had its fair share of issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
