It’s powerful, easy to control, and the triangle grip makes it super comfortable to reach every muscle. I use it after long days and workouts, and it instantly helps reduce tension and soreness. Durable, smooth, and definitely worth it.

The power is solid without feeling too harsh, and the different attachments help target different areas. It’s also pretty lightweight, so it’s easy to move around your body. I’ve been using it after workouts and it makes a big difference in how my muscles feel.

Therabody Theragun Prime (6th Generation) feels like stepping into another universe. It is a perfect mix of powerful massage attachments and a very intuitive app packed with routines for every possible need.

The power surprised me in the best way. It feels strong and intentional, not just vibrating for the sake of vibrating. After heavy leg day or upper body strength sessions, the percussive depth actually reaches the tight spots that normally stay sore for days.

The combination of the massage gun and the app really sets it apart. The guided routines are incredible, especially the Goodbyе Neck Lines program and the sleep prep sessions. I can do a warm up routine before training and then run a recovery protocol afterward. My legs felt so refreshed that it almost felt like visiting a real massage therapist. The library was recently updated and I noticed a routine for sciatica relief that I plan to try next.

The handle feels soft and secure and even a twelve minute routine does not make my arm tired. The controls are intuitive and the light indicators show exactly how much pressure you are applying and what speed you are on. Everything feels well designed and premium.
