Happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for a month I finally received this refrigerator just before Christmas, I love it. It's so quiet and spacious in refrigerator. The freezer is rather small to me but I make it work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is the moisture on top of the freezer door gasket?
Moisture on the gasket can be caused by water dripping off the center rail (mullion), which some refrigerators control using a heater via an Energy Saver or Humidity feature.
Are the doors left open for long periods of time?
Leaving the door open allows humid air to enter, which leads to frost buildup, so ensure nothing is blocking the door from closing completely.
Are the doors opened frequently?
Frequent door openings allow humid room air inside, and while minimizing them helps, some frost/sweating is normal during high humidity months.
Are the doors sealing correctly?
An improper seal where the door gasket meets the cabinet can cause humidity to form, so check the seals for any obstructions.
Are the air vents blocked?
Blocked vents can lead to moisture and excessive frost buildup because they obstruct the necessary airflow between the freezer and refrigerator compartments.

Not happy especially for amount paid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors are not flush when closed. Freezer door has to been pushed to close and seal. Refrigerator door doesn’t stay open and wants to close when using the refrigerator. My whole kitchen is KA but won’t purchase KA again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Side by Side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of my refrigerator/freezer combination. The freezer has both shelves and drawers for storage. The ice bucket is very large and makes ice very quickly. The refrigerator provides several storage options including slide out trays, drawers, and shelves. The storage in the door is flexible and allows me to adjust based on the height of my products.
