Be careful of your colors

Be very careful when buying the eclipse bag. In many of the photo's it appear brown but be warned that it is extremely plum purple. Otherwise nice bag but surprisingly heavy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slim and mighty

I bought the roller pro as my main luggage for a trip to Portugal. The bag was able to fit a weeks worth of clothes, a pair of shoes, and toiletries. It easily maneuvered through airports with ease. When I was forced to check the luggage at the gate because of the small overhead bin space of small aircraft, it survived the baggage handling in the cargo hold. I’m also a big fan of the drawbridge design as it allowed accessing the contents very easily.

Not Surprised but Amazed Just the Same!

As expected after much anticipation, this carry-on spinner is THE BOMB! Beautiful color and appearance. The wheels on tile and hardwood floors were the softest and most responsive ride I have ever experienced. Last but not least, the trolley assembly was EXACTLY as advertised. Not one iota of "slop" and a very firm & comfortable handle. Now the bad news; this was a birthday gift for my wife, and it didn't go well. She has chosen to stick with her 35-year-old, beat-up soft-side Hartmann. Go figure, right? Hense, I was unable to test drive this Roller Pro on a flight. I am in the "return" process now but as soon as the dust settles, I will be buying the same product for myself. I hope there are some left.

Never had anything I didn't love from Peak - this included. Great pockets, thoughtful proportions, the handle feels a little slight but I'll check back in after I get a trip out of it.

Classy, smooth rolling, roomy carryon

I was looking for a carryon that maximized the interior space and was not clam shell opening and this suitcase definitely fits the bill! The extra pockets allow for additional storage space in addition to computer protected pocket. It really is an elegant bag and I love the burgundy/purplish color! Between this bag and my personal bag I’ll be cruising Norway and spending a week in Scotland! Great for getaways and longer trips also.sturdy construction, spins like a dream and love the polycarbonate handle.

This is hands down the most ingeniously designed suitcase I've ever used. I'd like to highlight three key aspects:
Capacity: Many people complain that the capacity is too small, but I don't see this as a design flaw or problem at all. As a carry-on, its capacity actually helps maintain optimal overall dimensions. In fact, the capacity itself serves as a decision-making tool—pack too much, and you won't be able to lift it into the overhead compartment.
Laptop Compartment: This is what I consider the most brilliant design feature to date. While not entirely original, their execution makes me feel completely confident about my laptop's safety inside. It's secured so well that whether I'm rolling the suitcase or placing it in the overhead bin, I never worry about my computer.
Carbon Fiber Feel: The carbon fiber texture feels absolutely premium. This company has truly mastered the use of carbon fiber materials. However, I believe the interior lining material they chose is even more impressive than the carbon fiber exterior—it significantly elevates the sense of refinement and feels far more reliable than the cheap linings you'd find in other suitcases.
The only downside is that my unit arrived with some surface stains, and unfortunately, the exterior material makes these blemishes extremely difficult to clean off, which is quite disappointing.

Another Great Peak Design Product

I just got my Kickstarter order a couple days ago. This bag is as advertised. Sleek, lightweight design with a sturdy extension handle. And the wheels operate very smoothly. I compared this side by side to my old Eagle Creek 22" carryon and they are nearly identical in size. But with a more cubist design than the soft-sided Eagle Creek i'm sure I will be able to pack more into this bag. I don't know what the "whiners" are talking about with the bag dimensions. When I put a tape measure to this bag the dimensions are as specified. I'm sure that I will not have any trouble using this bag as carryon both domestically and internationally. Can't wait to pack it up for my first trip!

We were getting ready to go away for the weekend and to my surprise my new Roller Pro arrived!
I love everything about it. So many features that make it convenient to use. The zippered pouches, the computer compartment, handles on all sides for ease of lifting. It’s great!
