Unfortunately this product did not work for me.

Unfortunately this espresso maker did not work for me. I gave it a few tries but no satisfactory cappuccino was produced with it. I have had a few lower end espresso/latte appliances that have survived for a few years before I had to get a new one. This machine is not user friendly. I do not consider it to be an easy start for any entry level espresso maker

Makes delicious espresso.

We have it for about two weeks and we really love it. It is quiet and makes the espresso perfectly. I would give it a five in ratings, but the initial setup was a bit challenging. Some of the translated instructions are hard to follow. You need to check and program the water hardness, size of the cup/cups and water temperature, unless you are fine with the default setup. At the end, I did all of it and now enjoying every cup of freshly made espresso.

The product has no problem. But they are lying about the promotion which is disgusting. I bought this a couple of days ago. It was on sale, the sale price was $249.99, $100 off. And right now, April 1st 2026, it is not on sale and shows the original price $279???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Quality Machine. We love it so far. We purchased the white color first, then returned it to get the stainless steel one. Highly recommend the product in Stainless Steel.
