My lattes taste better than coffee shops!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect espresso machine! I love that it doesn’t take pods so it’s environmentally friendly. It’s so easy to use, my 4 year old figured it out. I love that the water reservoir is large enough that I don’t have to fill it after every use. The pieces are so easy to clean too. I love the milk frother too. I’ve saved so much money making my own lattes instead of going to a coffee shop, and my homemade one tastes better. This is a top notch espresso machine and I’d recommend to anyone!

Nice, but needs improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this is our first espresso coffee machine. We own a drip coffee machine that we used daily (3-4 cups a day in my household) before receiving this new De’Longhi Dedica Duo coffee machine. I’m a decaf gal while my husband drinks caffeinated coffee, so we both use different coffee powders. The machine definitely makes great tasting espresso shots and cold brews but the reason I removed two stars is that I wish:
1. This came with a distributor tool. Straight out of the box, as a beginner I had to figure out alternative methods to get a better quality brew without this
2. The steam wand somehow started leaking while making espressos within about 3 weeks of is starting to use the machine.

Great espresso coffee machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine so much, I always feel like I buy coffee outside everyday because my latte is just right. I got this machine to make lattes and cappuccinos. Make around 2-3 double shots everyday. Using it since last week, works fine and simple to use. It’s also very easy to clean. It's nice looking. I like that it doesn't take up much space, and it looks attractive in our coffee bar area. The price is very affordable for a long term using machine, save money for coffee outside. Highly recommend!

Expensive for convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, I love having this, but for cost, I would have continued making espresso on my stove top. The espresso is delicious, convenient and I can make one cup at a time which I do love. Cleaning the machine is a breeze too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek design, takes up minimal space on the counter. The product is well made the cleaning and maintenance simple and easy. I was happy with brewing gave a bold and right temperature. The only faults the instructions were hard to follow and parts were missing (steam pitcher and water testing strip.
