Fantastic quality machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this Espresso machine… it brews perfectly every pull. The options are fantastic and the steamed milk feature is easy to use. My favorite is two shots of espresso, some steamed milk and a hunt of creamer over ice. Buy this machine its so amazing seriously. It’s easy to refill the water and it heats up so fast. The size is perfect for my coffee bar too.

Sleek & Compact with Great Coffee — But Not Perfec

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am genuinely so grateful I received the Dedica Duo Espresso Machine with Cold Brew. It’s a beautiful, sleek espresso machine that instantly elevates your countertop and makes truly great at-home cappuccinos and lattes. The espresso quality has been impressive — rich, smooth, and exactly what I want in a daily coffee. One of my favorite features is how compact it is. It’s perfect for smaller kitchens or tight counter spaces and doesn’t feel bulky at all. Despite its slim footprint, it has a surprisingly large water reservoir, which I really appreciate since I don’t have to refill it constantly. I also love that it includes a cold brew function — I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s nice having that versatility built in. That said, while it looks high-end, I do think it’s wildly overpriced. It’s so compact and lightweight that it almost feels a bit cheap when attaching the portafilter with the grounds. It can be difficult to get good leverage when locking it in, and because the machine is so light, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d expect at this price point. I also find myself accidentally pressing buttons while trying to secure the portafilter, which gets frustrating. Because of that, I’ve honestly been gravitating back toward my other espresso machine — which was about half the price — simply because it feels sturdier and easier to use. Overall, it’s a stylish, space-saving machine that makes excellent drinks, but I’m not fully convinced the price matches the build quality and user experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m satisfied never had an espresso machine but the directions and over all function has made it beginner friendly and easy to use. Downside is that shows any type of water mark and gets dirty kinda fast. Also wish there was a way to detach the steamer.

Perfect espresso machine for everyday use!

I found it user friendly as a former barista and I was easily able to set it up and explore the different espresso options. It has cold brew, espresso, and a steam want for milk frothing. The size is perfect on my counter and great for everyday use. I’ve used it regularly for the past few weeks and have found cleaning to be straightforward and easy. This is a great product for everyday espresso and I can’t wait to keep trying it!

Highly recommend if you want cold brew

It actually came out cold instead of hot which anyone who drinks iced coffee or cold brew knows is a game changer if you don’t want watered down coffee. The machine is easy to use and still compact enough to fit right where my old one was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I would give it ten stars if I could!!! The installation was so easy. It is designed to fit perfectly in a small kitchen or a big kitchen. It makes the perfect sized espresso every time and comes with the tools that are needed to make that perfect espresso. It’s a great machine that I know will last a long time even with all of house using it constantly. Definitely worth the buy!

Fantastic for black coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine makes some mean coffee. Even if you buy a cheaper coffee it will make its magic. It looks sleek and beautiful in the kitchen. The set up takes some time and the manual is not the best. It is very detailed though and it might take a while to learn everything. I enjoy the bigger water container. The clean up is also very easy. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the frother. I don’t think it works properly and I would recommend one of those electric ones over this. Or if you have the budget and enjoy cappuccinos upgrade to one of those Delonghi machines with the milk containers. If you enjoy black coffee this is a fantastic machine.
