I really like the way it washes, but I don’t like that the fabric softener stays in the bottom of the washer instead of dispensing properly.

HORRIBLE

It's been a nightmare. Not only did I wait months to receive the washer and dryer, but I also received the washer defective, However, they shipped out a new one right away. BUT!! When you wash your clothes on normal when you use downy fabric softener it does not rinse the clothes so you open the washer to blue stuff all over your clothes and puddled at the bottom of the washer.... They REFUSE to fix it they said add the extra rinse cycle. So now that makes that 1 load over an hour to wash. I wish I never ordered this washer over rated and over priced product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Jax1. We understand the trouble you first experienced, and apologies for this happening. We're glad to hear the retailer was able to get this sorted for you ASAP. In the washer's User Guide, it mentions that the Extra Rinse option must be selected if you are using the Normal/ECO cycle in combination with fabric softener. This is due to how this specific cycle is designed differently to meet the ECO standards and regulations. This would not be needed on any cycle other than Normal/ECO, and if you are not interested in conserving water or energy, we'd recommend trying the Heavy Duty cycle out! Why I did not buy a Speed Queen years ago, I have no idea. I absolutely love it, so quiet I have to check its on.

I am thrilled with my new Speed Queen washer. How I made it to 79 and never owned a Speed Queen is somewhat crazy. I credit an appliance repair man who told me my 2 yr. old GE Profile would cost more to repair than to replace..."buy a Speed Queen"...and so I did!

I love the TR7006BN. It has so many features, is extremely quiet, spins the water out very well and does a great job! It is well worth the money. It is even better than I thought possible. Love the black finish and it is made in USA

I never thought there was a difference regarding W&D. I’m a believer now. I could never go back to any other brand.I truly believed My clothes were getting clean with my Maytag. Nope. There is a huge difference. Thank you Speed queen. Simply the best.

My previous washing machine was very loud before dying. When we moved to the Speed Queen it was so quiet that we wondered if the machine was going. This machine works so well so quickly we love it.
