Works well, but smaller capacity

I love the agitator! I’ve been without one for years (previous 2 washers were front load and top load w/o an agitator) and I don’t think those cleaned as well as they should. I do miss the larger capacity, and it takes a little getting used to. So far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate this machine. It was horrible purchase and I deeply regret it. The "perfect wash" is a perfect joke. It waves the clothes around in the water instead of actually agitating them. You have to add exta everything to get the clothes clean, extra time, extra rinse, heavy duty, soak and most of the time even an extra wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This wash action is intended to leverage the power of water to clean by essentially moving water through the clothes. However, the right water level-to-load size is still crucial for optimal results, and we'd try out the Auto-Fill load size if you haven't yet! For heavier soils or stains, soaking or pretreating is always recommended. I love it. Easy to use. It has great warranty. Not like our last washing machine. Only had it 1.5 years and it died. Also love how it cleans.

The best washing machine on the market! The load capacity is smaller and there's no tray for the fabric softener, but the quality of the machine, the performance of the wash and the quickness by far surpasses that inconvenience. This machine will was everything our larger machines washed and everything comes out clean and smells fresh.

We have had several washing machines over the years and this by far is the most amazing. The assortment of available cycles, the exceptional cleaning power, and the ease of using are remarkable. Today I washed something very special on hand wash and was just delighted with the results. I couldn’t ask for anything better or a better helper for clothes washing.
