Love this dryer

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. I love my new dryer! We are a household of 5 adults and 1 dog. Love the large capacity, handles sheets, comforter and towels with ease. I love that it can sanitize the clothes in the dryer so I know my family is wearing the cleanest clothes. I also like the steaming option which helps to reduce wrinkles and eliminates odors. The smart functionality is great! Dryer sends notifications to me phone letting me know when clothes are dry and also sends reminders to clean lint trap. Download the LG ThinQ app and you can find all kinds of useful information about the dryer including energy consumption. I also received a matching washer and both appliances are sleek and beautiful in the space. Love how quiet this machine is. I am very happy with my washer and dryer set and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality machine.

I am very happy with the dryer. Just like it's counterpart washer, it is so fast and quiet. I really don't know how they do it. I think I can watch a movie next to the thing. The clothes also come out dry in not much time at all. I think the temperature control is more accurate, so important when you don't want to shrink some delicate garments. I couldn't be happier with the dryer!

I’ve been using the LG DLEX5801V dryer for almost two weeks, and it has truly impressed me with its performance and convenience. The design is sleek and modern, and the touch control panel is intuitive, easy to use, and responsive. It feels like a premium appliance in my laundry room.
The sensor drying technology is excellent! It automatically adjusts drying time and temperature based on the moisture level in each load. This ensures clothes come out perfectly dry without over-drying or wasting energy. The large drum easily handles bulky items like comforters, towels, and blankets in a single cycle.
One of my favorite features is the built-in steam drying function, which doesn’t require manually adding water. The dryer connects to a water supply through a hose, generating steam automatically during the cycle. This feature helps reduce wrinkles, refresh clothes, and even gently sanitize fabrics, which is a huge time-saver.
I also love the smart features. The dryer connects to my phone via the LG ThinQ app, allowing me to check cycle progress or receive notifications when a load is finished. This is incredibly convenient, especially when I’m multitasking around the house.
The DLEX5801V runs quietly with minimal vibration, even during high-speed cycles. Overall, it delivers fast, efficient, and gentle drying, enhanced by steam and smart convenience. It’s ideal for families or anyone with a busy lifestyle, and truly worth every penny.

As a family of five, we do a ton of laundry, and our old dryer just couldn't keep up. The massive 7.4 cu. ft. capacity is a game-changer. I can easily fit large loads of towels or even our king-size comforter, which has seriously cut down our laundry time. I also love the AI Sensor Dry feature, which automatically detects the moisture and weight of the load to prevent over-drying and save energy. It's reliable, efficient, and gets everything perfectly dry the first time. The sleek graphite steel finish looks amazing in my laundry room, too.

First off the design and esthetics of this dryer is sleek and modern design. In terms of functions, it’s hands down the fastest and most efficient dryer I’ve used and/or owned. It’s quiet, reliable, and built super sturdy, plus easy-access lint filters (which also catches everything..including all my dog’s hair, leaving our clothes and blankets lint/dog hair free!). We would recommend to our friends and family that are in the market for a new dryer! 10/10!

Smart Drying, Fresh Results, and Lower Bills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer delivers outstanding performance, effectively preventing shrinkage and fabric damage. Even luxury garments retain their original texture and quality after drying.
With our previous dryer, large towels or clothes sometimes had an unpleasant smell because they weren’t fully dried. Now, with this model, we no longer have to worry about that — everything comes out completely dry and fresh.
Additionally, the dryer operates with very low noise and excellent energy efficiency, resulting in noticeably lower gas and electricity bills compared to other models.
