Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched back from a front load to a top load because after10 years, I didn't feel the front load was doing a good as job. After 6 months, this washer even the extra power of the pet hair feature, does not get clothes clean. I end up rewashing loads, or worst having to make smaller loads to get things clean. Not to mention that it's ruined countless new items of clothing after the first wash. This washer does not live up to the name. The way to pet hair off is in the dryer. It has a terrible time trying to spin a full load , stopping and starting multiple times, before restarting completely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Known defects that are hidden from the public

Unfortunately, this product started leaking after just two months of ownership and flooded my house, luckily I was home. The parts were covered under warranty, but the service provider told me that there is a known drain pump issue and has an internal memo that discusses it. I’m quite disappointed that this is a known issue that is hidden from the public. It’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting on the parts. The only nice thing is that the pet pro option does work extremely well. I’m just worried that this is a known issue and that the warranty only covers a year. What if this continuously happens… What a shame.

Awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pet hair filtration. Though the washer is a little louder than what I’m use too, I love that I finally have an agitator and feel like my clothes haven’t been cleaner. I will never purchase another impeller again.

Great Investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Pet Pro for a few months and am satisfied with this product. Grateful to have the agitator back in my life and the Pet Pro filtration demonstrates what my previous washer was lacking. The only issue I have is when washing heavier blankets/bedding, the drums balance malfunctions and I am forced to extract saturated contents to reposition in order to continue cycle. Guess I could remove agitator; instead I run smaller loads. If you are seeking a simplified efficient affordable washer, strongly recommend this one!

The Best Washer I've Owned So Far

I have two dogs, including an Australian Shepherd who sheds like crazy, so pet hair has always been a constant battle. The Pet Pro filter has made a noticeable difference—it catches a surprising amount of hair, and my clothes come out with very little left on them.
Beyond that, the washer does an excellent job cleaning. Clothes come out fresh, spotless, and the Extra Power option is great for towels, bedding, and heavily soiled loads. The large capacity is also a huge plus because I can wash bulky items without any problem.

Issues with washing and stopping itself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old maytag worked grate. When it went out got a new model thay keeps having issues and stops running when we wash towels or blankets in it, even when we dropped it down to 2-3 at a time and less than half full

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is excellent. It works great. The only problem I have is your instruction manual. You tell me all the knobs and buttons are there you show me where they’re located but you don’t tell me how to use them same with the washing machine.
